1. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a medical condition that may compromise the safety or health of individuals involved.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviors. We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Any form of abuse, whether verbal or physical, will not be tolerated, and individuals engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave immediately.
2. APPOINTMENT POLICY
Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in-person. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
3. CUSTOMERS RESPONSBILITIES
Prior to any service, please inform our team of any allergies to chemicals or pertinent health conditions.
Should you experience any unusual reactions related to your nails, we urge you to promptly notify our salon manager.
4. OUR GUARANTEE
Our commitment to your satisfaction extends to enhancements and gel polish manicures, which are guaranteed for 7 business days post-appointment, excluding breakages. If any issues arise within the first 5 days, such as chipping or lifting, please contact us for a complimentary repair. Repairs requested after 7 days or for incidents like breakages, tears, or corner breaks are subject to a fee starting at $5 each. Please note, regular polish services are not covered by this guarantee.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Kindly be advised that we assume no liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including cell phones.
6. CHILDREN SAFETY
As much as we adore pampering children’s nails, safety is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, we kindly request that children under 10 who are not receiving nail services be supervised or arrangements for alternative childcare be made. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
6. REFUNDS
Once nail services are completed, they are considered non-refundable. However, if you ever find yourself dissatisfied with any aspect of your salon experience, please reach out to us within 3 days of your original service. We’re committed to making any necessary corrections to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that refunds are not provided after services have been rendered.
